Most likely scam outfit-Portfolio Recovery. Constant harassment on numbers all over country, any time of day or night. Illegal.
Automated call left vmail said
(not stating a name) that... " if I didn't call back in 24 working hours that I would be taken into custody by the local police(nonspecific locale) as they have 4 serious allegation presses against me at this moment ". Which I do not, and I did not call back.
when *67 this number it turned out to be a fax line.
